Game Overview
Uno is a timeless card game loved by kids and adults alike. The objective? Be the first to get rid of all your cards while outsmarting your opponents with clever plays and strategic thinking.

Technology Behind the Game
Our games are built with Construct, using JavaScript and HTML to ensure compatibility with various devices, including desktops, laptops, tablets, and smartphones. Whether you’re using a Windows PC, Mac, Chromebook, iPhone, or Android device, you can enjoy smooth gameplay.

How to Play
Dealing
Play against 1 to 3 opponents.
Each player starts with 7 cards, and the game progresses clockwise.
Gameplay
Match the card in the middle by color (red, yellow, blue, or green) or number (0–9).
Can’t play a card? Draw one from the deck. If playable, you may use it immediately.
Play continues until a player goes out by using all their cards.
Calling Uno
When you’re down to your last two cards, click the “Uno” button on the screen after playing your second-to-last card. Fail to do so, and you’ll be dealt two penalty cards!

Winning and Scoring
The first player to run out of cards wins the hand and earns points based on the remaining cards of the other players:
Number cards = face value
Action cards (Skip, Reverse, Draw 2) = 20 points each
Wild cards = 50 points each
Hands are played until one player reaches 250 points or more.
Strategic Tips
Diversify your hand to keep your options open.
Anticipate opponents’ moves and block them strategically with action cards.
Use Wild cards wisely to shift the game in your favor.
Gameplay Variations
Spice up your Uno matches with these house rule options:

Progressive Stacking: Stack Draw 2 or Draw 4 cards for bigger penalties.
Seven-O Rule: Swap hands when a 7 is played or pass hands with a 0.
Jump-In Rule: Play out of turn if you have an exact match for the current card.
A Brief History of Uno
Invented in 1951 by Merle Robbins, Uno began as a homemade game sold in a barbershop. It quickly grew in popularity, and in 1972, the rights were sold for $50,000 plus royalties. Today, Uno remains a beloved classic with numerous spin-offs and special editions.

Try Other Versions
In addition to Uno With Friends, we offer Four Colors Monument Edition, featuring stunning monument-themed cards.
